    Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.

    You can check in at any time of the day. If your room is not ready upon arrival, you can leave your luggage at the Hotel and take a walk in Senigallia.
  • I'd like to stay a few more hours and enjoy the last day of my vacation. Is late check-out service available?
    Sure, with extra charge and subject to availability.
  • I'm going to be late tonight: is there someone at the reception waiting for me?
    Don't worry! From 10:00 p.m., there is always our night concierge waiting for you.

    We are not specialized, but you will always find some gluten-free packaged products at our buffet. Let us know at the time of your reservation!
Hotel
  • Where can I park my car?
    There are free public parking spaces in front of the hotel from October to May included, subject to a fee from June to September included. The daily cost of the ticket is €9.00. You can park for free in the streets sideways to the facility and in the square used for parking behind the Hotel. Bus parking available near the facility.
  • Is there a free Wi-Fi network in the hotel?
    Wi-Fi is free of charge. You can get access via Hotspot by registering with your personal email.
  • Do you have an agreement with a beach?
    We have a special agreement with Bagno Carlini 51, a bathing establishment located right in front of our hotel. Our guests have access to the lido at discounted prices or through our offer with beach included. There you will find everything you need to relax and have a good time in full comfort: beach umbrellas, sunbeds, hot showers, a dining spot and much more.
  • Can I have lunch and dinner at the hotel?
    We do not have an in-house kitchen, but we have agreements with many restaurants and lovely places very close to us, with menus also for people with celiac disease. For any advice on where and what to eat, we are always here to help you!
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Cash, bank transfer, credit card, debit card.
4-legged friends
  • Can I bring my pet?
    We will gladly accommodate your dog, regardless of their weight or size. The extra charge for four-legged friend is €10 per night. Please remember to let us know when making your reservation!
  • Can I bring my dog to the beach with me?
    Yes, of course! About 200-300 meters from the Hotel you will find our two affiliated dog-friendly beaches: Bagni Apapaia 64 and Senigallia Beach. Here, our guests can benefit from discounted rates.
Rooms
  • When is my room tidied up?
    Rooms are tidied and cleaned every day. Linen change usually comes every 2-3 days, but you can request it at any time when you feel it is most needed.
  • How does the air conditioning in the room work? What about the safe?
    Air conditioning can be turned on independently and is free of charge. All of our rooms are equipped with a safe that can be used by entering a personal code.
  • There are 5 of us: are there connecting rooms?
    Some of our Classic rooms can become connecting rooms with a small entrance hallway (useful for luggage storage). In this way, you will be able to have access to 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies (some even with sea view).
  • Can I book a room for 2 adults with separate beds?
    Sure, you just need to let us know at the time of booking.
Services
  • I'd like to work out, can you please recommend me a gym nearby?
    There are several gyms located near our property. If, on the other hand, you prefer working out outdoors, you can opt for a nice walk, jog along the seafront, or take advantage of the equipped gym area at the port of Senigallia, about 400 meters from the hotel.
  • Can I use your bikes?
    Guests can use our bikes for free for up to 3 hours daily. They are equipped with a basket, personal lock for parking and a child seat if requested.
  • I'm arriving in Senigallia by train: is it easy to reach you?
    Very easy! Our hotel is located just 50 meters from the train station. You will be able to reach us by a pleasant 5-minute walk. If your luggage is too heavy, don't worry: there is an always-active taxi service right in front of the station. From the Palace you can go on foot to get to the beach and the historic center, which is only 500 meters away.
  • If I don't have a car, how can I get around to visit neighboring towns?
    You can get around by train or by bus (suburban lines available for the hinterland).
  • Do you organize excursions?
    We can plan guided tours with wine tasting at the Winery as well as boat trips.
  • I need to go to a hairdresser or pharmacy. Are they far away?
    There is a hairdresser right on the Hotel's ground floor, and a pharmacy across the street.
